Why is what you eat so important?

No matter how hard you hit the gym, you can’t out train a bad diet (or outwork unhealthy lifestyle habits).

If you want to see results then what you do outside of the gym matters. But don't worry, this doesn’t mean living in a really restrictive way, and only eating lettuce!

Eating cake, having a glass of wine, and going out for dinner all have their place in a healthy lifestyle (or whatever your version of living well looks like)

Every time you set foot in the gym you have access to an expert coach. You can ask questions, discuss strategies and get the motivation and accountability you need.

As well as having a great workout, a key thing to focus on is figuring out what your personal nutrition and lifestyle philosophy is.

Key questions to think about include:

What style of eating does my body thrive with?
What foods do I enjoy?
What are my biggest challenges when it comes to eating and drinking?
How can I optimise my lifestyle for both enjoyment and health?


Like workouts in the gym, the best results come from showing up consistently and making progress with the support and expertise of your coach to figure out It takes time to answer the above questions, and a lot of trial and error.

Session by session you get stronger and fitter, and conversation by conversation with your coach you move towards a philosophy that is both effective and sustainable (because you enjoy it!)
Following chats in the gym with his coaches, Sam got settled into a routine and began monitoring his progress. It spurred him on to make a few lifestyle changes too, including cutting down on booze.

Now you can get supported and be held accountable while you progress further. With 1-2-1 time with a coach you can fast track your progress, create your plan and get the support you need.

By taking 40 minutes with a coach, on a focused call you can really delve into your goals, challenges and discover your best route for taking action.

Following your coaching call, a 17-page guide starts with an overview of your goals and current stats before detailing a do-able nutrition strategy, broken down into simple steps.

HOW DOES IT WORK AnD WHERE CAN I SIGN UP?

RESULTS Plus is a 3-stage process, centred around the 1-2-1 coaching call.

Before the call - You'll be sent a discovery questionnaire to complete. This gets the process started and allows us to prepare ahead of the call, so we make every minute of your session count.

The call - this is a 45 minute session via Zoom or phone where we delve into your goals, current challenges and anything else we think is important to consider. No interruptions, pure focus.

After the call - you'll be sent a personalised guide detailing your target calories and macros. Along with meal ideas (with portion control!). Plus food shopping lists and guidance on how to tailor your diet in the future.

The cost for this process is £129 (but current RESULTS inc members pay only £75)
